Domestic Shipping
Things Kids offers a variety of different shipping methods for our customers to choose from during the ordering process. Shipping and handling costs are automatically calculated and displayed before you finalize your order. Most of our domestic orders are shipped via UPS.

To avoid delays in shipping, Please select the proper delivery method based upon your location. Delivery times vary depending upon the shipping method chosen.

We pride ourselves on shipping orders quickly. Each product is assigned an "availability" on the page that describes that product. This availability often reads "usually ships same business day." Most orders received by 11 a.m. Pacific time will be shipped within 48 hours unless there is a backorder. On occasion there is a manufacturer or distributor back order on a product that is beyond our control. If this is the case and you have ordered more than one item, we will hold your order until it is ready for delivery. In the event that an item you have ordered will take us longer than 8-10 days to obtain, we will notify you by email. If you need a product right away, and cannot wait for the whole order to be shipped together, let us know by e-mail and we will get your order to you when you want it. If you request to receive a domestic or international order in partial shipments, you will be responsible for the cost of each shipment.

International Shipping

• Things Kids assumes No Responsibility for orders shipped to foreign countries. When you place your order with us, you are assuming all Risks for Lost, Stolen, Delayed or Impounded Orders. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of our products to your country. When you place your order, you are Agreeing to these Terms and Conditions.

• Laws are different in every country and we cannot monitor them all. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of our products to your country. At this time, we are only able to ship to those countries made available under our Shipping Menu.

• If the package is lost, stolen or seized by Customs - for any reason - and we do not receive the package back, we will Not issue you a refund. Foreign packages that are lost or stolen will not be refunded. If we do receive the package back after being seized, you are still responsible for the shipping charges.

• You are responsible for any duties or taxes that may apply. We do not collect any duties or taxes from you and do not know how much they will cost you. Check with your country. We report the exact amount of the sale on the Customs form.

• The description of the package contents on the Customs form, usually reads: " Supplements - For Personal Use Only."

Returns & Exchanges

Things Kids & Company prides itself on offering quality merchandise. If you are not happy with your purchase, return the unused item in its original condition within 7 days (regular consumer) and 3 days (retailers/wholesalers) and we will provide you with a full refund, less shipping costs.

Retailers/Wholesalers
are recognized by purchases exceeding 6 pieces or more of each individual item.  If in Florida, a Resellers Tax ID validates you as a Retailer/Wholesaler

Please note that exchanges for like merchandise may also be made within 7 days (regular consumer) and 3 days (retailers/wholesalers).

Payment Terms
Orders placed through the Thingskids.com Site will be processed by either  Paypal, MasterCard, Visa, or Discover. Sorry, no C.O.D. shipments. Paypal / Credit cards will be charged when the order is placed on the web site.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is charged at the applicable rate, depending on the destination of the order. Currently we are required to charge sales tax in the State of Florida.
Shipping Terms
Thingskids Store ships via 3-7 day ground service. Express delivery is available for an extra charge. Same-day delivery may also be available in your area. Shipping charges are based on the total weight of your order but your items may arrive in more than one box. Certain conditions apply. Thingskids Store currently ships to destinations in the USA as well as internationally.
